I have been operating continuously as an agent/broker since 1993. My early efforts were focused on HUD foreclosures to help first time-buyers get the best possible deal on a home. In 1995 I started an online company that moved the process of advertising, buying, and selling onto the newly developed Internet platform. From 2008 until 2012 I focused on short-sales and foreclosures. in more recent years I have concentrated on listing and selling properties in a tight inventory market, multi-family and office building commercial sales, as well as the leasing of commercial properties.
