About Lorianne

I am pleased to tell you all that I have recently joined eXp Realty of California. Having grown up in Santa Cruz County, I am ecstatic to be working in the community in which I was raised. Already, I love devoting my work life to helping people settle into a home in the area that has always been home to me. I am no stranger to hard work, and I have excelled at many different areas of business. From owning an online sales business to professionally coaching CrossFit, anywhere I decide to focus my skills and discipline, I give it 110%. These are important qualities which are vital toward the relational transaction of buying and selling a home. I have become a disciplined person who knows how to work hard and persevere to achieve a goal. I have grown so much from collaborating closely with others! As I have listened, I have learned to be creative, thorough, and tenacious, and always honest and dependable. It is my hope that you will think of me when you might want or need to make a move. eXp Realty is a full-service real estate company with an innovative business model: one that combines traditional values, cutting edge service, as well as National and International needs and goals. eXp Realty was formed with the belief that great companies become that way by not just having people working for them, but by having the right people working together toward common goals. When you decide to make a move, THINK Lorianne Vierra.
