About Lynne

Lynne Lee Lynne has resided in the Yuba/Sutter area for the past 37 years. She was attracted to the area because it reminded her of a small town. She was familiar with as a child in North Dakota. Wanting her daughter to experience the small-town life while growing up was all the reason she needed to relocate from the Sacramento area. Residing within this region allowed Lynne to fully enjoy what amenities, this area offered as an avid outdoor person she found snowmobiling, motorcycle riding, camping, fishing and boating were all part of what makes the Yuba/Sutter area so special, all within arm's reach. She has a love for the area and the community within. Whether it is, doing a community service such as supporting Wounded Warrior and Veteran Projects, local toy drives, youth sports or local projects she will always help organize events and promote them. Lynne’s extensive background in the food, beverage and hospitality industry has given her the ability to communicate effectively with other individuals, listening is her key to providing value to others. Following thru, in a professional manner will always be a top priority. Also being married to a commercial fisherman has given her the opportunity to learn new things and making sure that no detail is too small and should not be overlooked. She has a strong understanding that compliance with state and federal law is of utmost importance. So, if you are looking to buy or sell within a safe harbor, please feel free to contact her today!
