Accomplished real estate broker Manny Dawabi has more than 17 years of experience in property sales and management. As a Broker Associate with United Real Estate , Manny handles nearly every facet of the business, including collecting sellers’ information, coordinating buyer-seller negotiations, preparing all the agency’s records, verifying all documents, acting as a liaison with organizations for promotional activities, researching competition, etc. Manny prides himself on providing exceptional "one-on-one" personal service based on honesty, market knowledge and an extreme ability to listen, exceptional negotiation skills, proven marketing strategies, and a complete interest and dedication to helping his clients meet their needs! Prior to his work at Modern Real Estate, Manny was Area Manager and Sales Manager for Pacifica Real Estate Services, Santa Fe, CA, overseeing and managing more than 290 residential units, with responsibility for leasing, marketing, construction and renovation, tenant relations, cash flow management, and financial reporting, as well as negotiating vendor contracts. In this capacity, he also served as a board member in several Homeowner Associations. He also set up Real Estate office, created a model apartment, created and implemented a marketing plan, and ensured full compliance with all fair housing laws.Earlier in his career, Manny also served as a substitute teacher within the San Bernardino City Unified School District. Manny Dawabi holds an MBA from La Sierra University, Riverside CA, as well as a Real Estate Associate Degree from Chaffey College, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and a broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate. Manny currently serve as a bored member of the Chaffey College Foundation.
