About Margaret

Life is About Change The first 17 years of my professional life were spent in hospital nursing. From bedside nursing to Director of Nursing/Assistant Hospital Administrator, I loved the challenge of exceeding the needs & expectations of my patients, doctors and co-workers. In 1985, a high school reunion began a new chapter in my life... a new marriage, a return to the Bay Area, a blended family and a new career in Insurance. In 1989, we moved to Napa with the vision of owning and operating a Bed & Breakfast Inn. We transformed a turn-of-the-century dilapidated mansion into a well-known & popular Bed & Breakfast Inn, Cedar Gables Inn. I loved exceeding my guests' expectations, from preparing and serving fabulous breakfasts, to planning birthday celebrations or weddings for 100 or more guests. After 14 years in the B&B world, it was time for another change, this time to a career in Real Estate. My hospitality background and my knowledge of the Napa Valley made for a smooth transition to this exciting and challenging profession. I joined Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley in 2005. Continuous education and the opportunity to work with more than 100 fellow agents who maintain the highest professional standards, gives me a solid foundation for my real estate business. From nursing, to insurance, to B&B, to Real Estate, my life has been about change. So, now I'm here to assist you with the changes in your life, whether you are selling or buying; whether downsizing or stepping up. You are making a very important decision and I want your real estate experience with me to exceed your greatest expectations.
