Hello - My name is Maria Wainwright ... I am a full-time real estate professional at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Drysdale Properties in Stockton, Ca. I specialize in listing and selling beautiful homes in San Joaquin, Sacramento Counties, as well as expanding into the Bay Area. I have a background as a business owner and branch manager for a prestigious bank for many years, which has given my Real Estate business a high level of experience, leadership, and professionalism. In my spare time, I enjoy Bowling in a league twice a week and traveling across the US competing in various Bowling Tournaments. I am widely known in the bowling community and is currently the TNBA Stockton Senate, Secretary ….the TNBA League, Secretary….and the Stockton USBC, Director. As a cancer survivor, I am committed to giving back to my community, participating in various cancer fundraisers and events. I have a passion for people, whether in real estate or providing counsel for other cancer survivors. I participate in numerous foundations, including the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the largest and best-funded breast cancer organization in the US. I volunteer for cancer support hotlines providing cancer-related information and referrals. In addition to participating in walks for breast cancer awareness. I also volunteer for St. Baldricks's Foundation, a non-profit organization to raise funds to help find cures for children with cancer. And Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that provides wigs and other hairpieces to children that suffer from medical hair loss and cannot afford to purchase a piece privately. Community is immensely important to me, in addition to my efforts for cancer awareness, I am dedicated to helping my community in other ways by feeding the homeless, and providing "Free" haircuts and shaves for the homeless twice a year.
