About Mark Frazitta,

I have been helping both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs as a fulltime REALTOR® since 2003. I offer expanded and flexible hours for my client’s diverse schedules. I’m dedicated, hardworking and committed to great service. I have a reputation for answering my phone and promptly responding to voice mails, emails and text messages. I work with an exceptional, experienced staff to make transactions go smoothly. As a result I’ve been awarded the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award for production and I’ve also been named closer of the month and top producer of the month. I have worked with the City Of Fairfield to help first time buyers with low to moderate incomes purchase their first home. In the past I’ve worked with bank and foreclosure asset managers and I’ve had many successful closings on short sales. I believe real estate is a great investment and own investment properties. I’m a volunteer board of director for two different organizations the Sharon Creek Condominium Association and the Heather House Homeless Shelter. I also do volunteer work for the Fairfield Susiun Visual Arts Association. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in Silicon Valley as an Accounting Supervisor for 9 years and I worked for Pixar for 6 years. I enjoy traveling, playing table tennis, softball, basketball and board games with family and friends. I’m also an avid San Francisco Giants fan and try to attend games during the season. I enjoy taking photographs and have had several color photographs displayed in a few different art galleries. He's just amazing, super nice man. if you're looking for a home. He's very knowledgeable, been in the business many years, doesn't pressure you into anything, and helps you make informed decisions. Plus, you can't top the personalized touch. Irma Mark is an excellent, service oriented, courteous, respectful and professional sales agent. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and support during our trying home buying experience in today’s market. He was encouraging and assuring during our time of looking at all but condemned homes in our modest price range. He told me to not give up, that the right one would come along and it DID!! WE LOVE OUR HOME!!! Angela & Nick Mark “held my hand” through the entire process, answered all questions and concerns immediately and professionally. Great to work with. KB I can’t really express my feelings, and my appreciation at the courtesy that was given to me by Mark. Jessy
