Hi I am Mary. I am a native San Diegan, and was raised in a Realtor family. Both my parents, 2 of my brothers, and one of my sisters have all worked in this exciting and important industry. Having been in the industry myself for 21+ years, I have experienced the ebbs and flows of the market. As important as that is, I believe it's the people that matter more. I take pride in providing exceptional service and caring for my client. No matter where my clients find themselves in the transaction, whether buying or selling, I thoroughly enjoy providing exceptional service. But not just serious business all the time...I try to make the process somewhat enjoyable. Helping people laugh, smile and see the positives of a situation can release some of the inevitable stress a person experiences when they are involved in a real estate transaction. Patiently helping my clients find the property that will be the best for them, or helping them leverage their investment, by assisting them to prepare their home for sale, those are important elements of my job. And I enjoy each side equally! Also, getting through the process as smoothly as possible is another goal. And that is not always easy. Every person and property is unique, so there is always something new to experience. It's about understanding the people involved and the situations that present themselves, then finding the best solutions to help my client successfully close their transactions, and feel good about it. Education is an important part of my business. Staying up to date with current industry laws and changes to our contracts and forms is vital to helping my clients. I use the CAR forms and contracts because they are exceptional in helping navigate any real estate transaction. We have good disclosures, and a form for just about everything! These are important tools for all involved.
