Prior to moving to San Diego, Mary worked as a broker in sales of commercial and luxury waterfront residential real estate in Florida. She possesses the highly regarded CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certificate. Bowlby also has experience working as a tax professional for two of the “big five” firms. She has worked with a wide array of clients including buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants; successfully achieving their real estate objectives. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and meeting new people. She is also active in the Coronado Cays sailing community.
