Exposure on the internet is everything when it comes to real estate which is something that Sotheby’s is on the cutting edge of providing expansive internet presence the moment your home is entered into our systems. In addition to the amazing resources at Sotheby’s, I purchase additional internet and print adverting, ensuring maximum exposure for every listing I have. I am also involved in 3-4 marketing meetings per week throughout the county, interacting and networking with over 250 agents from more than 50 brokerages. This network provides a platform for me to identify properties that are available off market, meaning NOT in MLS. It also allows me to pitch my listings directly to other agents that may have qualified buyers. All of these tools increases the number of potential buyers coming through the door of my listings and creates the best opportunity for top dollar multiple offers. In my downtime, I enjoy gardening, cooking, beekeeping, hiking, yoga, exploring the wine country and spending time with my 33 year old daughter, 30 year old son, and 4 grandkids.
