Hi there! Thank you for visiting my website. There are several facets of my skills and experience that I bring to you as your representative serving you and your real estate goals. Foremost is the deep-seeded passion I have had since day one in the business for homes that work to meet a person or family’s needs. For buyers I feel that the right home will make life better for any and all involved when purchased within financial constraints and the most appropriate location. For sellers, it’s critical to present a home looking its’ best within the bounds of budget and timeframe. Getting to know buyers and sellers and their budget, timeline, goals and priorities are the foundation and roadmap to achieving a successful result. I begin the journey with a presentation of what I offer, and a Q&A of what your parameters are for the roadmap. By way of background, I was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. I attended Punahou School, an amazing experience and educational foundation, and moved on to receive my BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder campus. After graduation I moved to San Francisco where I worked on Montgomery Street for a boutique brokerage house. After several years living in the City, a job offer took my family back to Colorado. The quaint South Suburban Denver town of Littleton became my home and the starting point of my real estate career. I worked in resale and new homes sales throughout the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Life changes brought me and my young children back to the Bay Area. With their education a priority of mine, we moved to Tiburon where I found the schools and community to be excellent for rearing children. They thrived with the soccer, baseball, summer camp and sailing. Weekend trips to the Sierra gave us all the ability to continue to enjoy the skiing we grew to love in Colorado. Learning surfing when visiting my parents in Hawaii, my children continued honing their surfing skills at Marin County beaches. Nowadays we all love the hiking, kayaking, wine-tasting and all the dining and cultural events that the North Bay Area and San Francisco had to offer. In 2002 I was licensed to sell real estate in California. I am proud to be part of the Coldwell Banker Greenbrae office. Coldwell Banker offers tools that help me do the job for buyers and sellers that I know, combined with my experience and passion, will deliver the best result possible for them.
