Her expertise in Silicon Valley real estate led the BBC to select her for an in-depth televised interview on the region’s real estate market. She was later selected by the US-Asia International Exchange Association to accompany Los Altos Hills Mayor Emily Cheng on a business development and diplomacy delegation to China, representing the U.S. real estate industry alongside 15 Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. An accomplished educator, Maryam has conducted real estate seminars and taught contract, marketing, and negotiation courses to new agents. She received the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors’ Outstanding Achievement Award for Listing and Sales Production. From 2006 to 2014, Maryam expanded her professional reach beyond Silicon Valley, dividing her time between Manhattan and Greenwich, Connecticut, while serving clients and building an extensive national and international network.
