Before real estate, Teo was a Cellar Technician and Team Leader at Aperture Cellars. There he led harvest crews and oversaw cellar operations during a run of acclaimed vintages, including several wines that earned perfect 100-point scores. That experience gives him a working understanding of what makes a premium vineyard or winery property valuable, from the soil to the cellar to the business behind it. As a North Bay native, Teo knows the distinct character of each community, from Santa Rosa and Windsor to the vineyard landscapes of Healdsburg and Sebastopol.
