A Sonoma County native, Matt Doyle has been a licensed REALTOR ® since 2010. He has owned and operated two midsized real estate companies in both southern Arizona and most recently in central Oregon. He’s licensed in two states as a Principal Broker in Oregon and now as a full time licensed agent right here in Sonoma County with Coldwell Banker in Sebastopol Ca. Having owned two midsized real estate companies in two states has given him an extensive background that is invaluable to his clients. One of his favorite tasks was being the Listing Trainer for both companies and has trained over 100 agents how to list properties and custom tailor them for each client. He works with both Sellers and Buyers but considers himself a “Listing Agent” at heart. All his listings feature professional photography and marketing no matter the price or condition of the property. He has also had a successful career in residential building that includes historical renovations, flipping properties, remodeling and building many custom homes right here in Sonoma County for over 20 years. As a REALTOR ®, one of the top skills that are required is the ability to negotiate. As a “Certified Negotiations Expert” he recognizes the importance of leverage in a transaction and his goal is to negotiate in your best interests and at the same time, skilled at striking the delicate balance between his clients' needs and the needs of the other party in a transaction.
