Melanie has a 15 year background with Nordstrom, customer service is her specialty. She spent 10 years as a senior buyer for Nordstrom, handling a 50 million dollar inventory and worked with numerous vendors on product development and negotiating prices. This experience gave her a strong foundation to work with clients in the real estate industry. "The greatest training in the world comes from a company like Nordstrom, it gave me superior customer service and negotiation skills!" Melanie has resided in the Napa area for over 20 years. Mike has lived in the Napa Valley since 1989 and has been conducting business in the Napa Valley for well over 25 years. It is that experience that has now lead him to a top producing career in Real Estate. We value our clients, the vast majority of our business comes from referrals.
