About Mimi
Mimi brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to the San Diego real estate market, built upon a foundation of over 30 years in the demanding and rewarding service and hospitality industry. My career, primarily shaped in the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas, instilled in me the crucial skills of attentive listening, proactive problem-solving, and the art of crafting exceptional client experiences. These are not just professional attributes; they are the cornerstones of my approach to real estate. After making the greater San Diego area my home 17 years ago, I've developed a deep appreciation for its diverse neighborhoods, from the serene landscapes of East County to the coastal charm of La Jolla, and the family-friendly communities of Poway. More importantly, I've personally navigated the complexities and joys of homeownership, having owned several properties throughout the region. Furthermore, as the spouse of a veteran, I have firsthand experience with the VA home purchasing process, understanding the unique benefits and challenges it presents. This personal insight allows me to provide specialized guidance and support to veterans and their families. My commitment to clients goes beyond simply facilitating transactions. I believe in building genuine relationships based on trust, transparency, and unwavering support. I take the time to truly understand your needs and aspirations, whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, a veteran utilizing their benefits, or looking to relocate. Leveraging my extensive knowledge of the local market, combined with my honed negotiation skills, I strive to ensure you achieve your real estate goals with confidence and peace of mind. I am dedicated to providing a seamless and stress-free experience, guiding you through every step of the process, from initial consultation to closing and beyond. I'm passionate about helping you discover the perfect place to call home in beautiful San Diego. Let's embark on this exciting journey together.
