About Modesto Pio de

A Realtor since 1997. You can learn basic real estate knowledge with books and classes but one can only gain skill and reliability through experience and/or applied knowledge. I was introduced to real estate by my future father in law in 1997, started as part time, went full time and never stopped since then. I love being a part of peoples lives as I help them realize their dreams making major decisions in their lives, may it be a first dream home, an upgrade to accommodate a larger family or better location or a down size for your specific needs. In this changing times, I went through further studies to make sure I am updated with bank procedures to help homeowners short sale their home to remove a large financial burden from their back. My clients next generation have grown up and purchased their first home. My strong belief in Ethics inspired me to volunteer as a Grievance Committee member with the Southland Regional Association of Realtors Professional Standards with a common goal to help enforce the Realtor Code of Ethics amongst Realtors to promote and keep higher standards of service to the public and to other fellow Realtors. I believe in sharing and helping the less fortunate, and so I have been involved in an ongoing food drive to benefit San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission.
