I’m Namneet Dhaliwal, Principal Broker and Owner of Zone Realty Inc. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers since 2003, with 20+ years of experience and more than 300 real estate transactions. We discuss pricing, what needs attention, and how to present the property. I arrange professional photography and marketing, and as a Stage Design Certified professional, I offer optional complimentary light staging. The goal is to help your home make a strong first impression. For buyers, I help you look beyond the photos. We review comparable sales, the home’s condition, and the purchase terms so you understand what you’re offering and why. I’ll walk you through the details and help you negotiate with your goals in mind. Over the years, I’ve successfully closed more than 100 bank-owned listings, as well as short sales and probate transactions. That experience has taught me to be patient, pay attention to detail, and solve problems as they arise. Based in Orange, I serve clients throughout Orange County and surrounding communities in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. One of the best parts of my work is hearing from past clients when they’re ready for another move—or when their children are ready to buy their first home.
