About Nancy

On a visit to Southern California in 2013 my husband and I fell in love with the active, easy lifestyle that Encinitas offers. Prior to making real estate my career of choice I was a graphic designer specializing in corporate collateral marketing. I have a daughter in our neighborhood San Dieguito District high school, and my husband works out of our home. One of the things that I love about Encinitas is the true sense of community and particular personality that that each neighborhood possesses, and I love helping my clients get a sense of what each area has to offer. Real estate is a relationship business and that is one of the primary reasons I was drawn to it and continue to enjoy it. I pride myself in providing honest and astute insight to my clients; there are numerous ways to get a contract completed, but I help my clients see all the possibilities that exist within a home and give straightforward counsel so that they can make the best choice for themselves. I have been a competitive tri-athlete & tennis player, I am an avid reader and relish any chance I get to head to the beach. Whether you are thinking of buying or selling a home, I can provide you with knowledgeable truly personal real estate assistance. I look forward to speaking with you!
