About Nick
LA isn't a city I had to learn. It's my home. I was born here and, for me, there's no better place to live in the world (and I've seen quite a bit of it). Oddly, I got into real estate through the entertainment industry. I worked in Television for many years and started buying income property as an investment. As I did, I learned about architecture, local codes, zoning and all the aspects that affect the value of homes and investments. Armed with this growing knowledge and interest in the field, I got my license and started helping friends and family. Soon my practice broadened and I became a bit of a local expert. I know choosing a home isn't just about the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Sometimes it's about things that you cant see. It's also about knowing communities, schools, transportation, municipal development, and about places to eat and shop. Sellers and buyers have grown to love and trust my local knowledge and advice. I'd love to put this same expertise to work for you, whether you're buying, selling, or investing in income properties. There's a great place in LA with your name on it!
