About Nick

With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and top-level negotiations, Nick is effective with his skills in serving his clients with all their real estate related transactions. His client’s wants, needs and goals are always his #1 priority! Nick Pham began his real estate career in 2001 as one of the first few members of the Intero Real Estate sale team, where he quickly became the top producer, top 10-25% ranking out of several thousand agents. He has closed over 350 sale transactions with a combined sale volume of over $200M. He has always been active in the real estate industry and held several Directorship positions at the local, state and national level. He was a cofounder of a Silicon Valley Chapter & President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). He has also served as a National Treasurer/Secretary, Chair of the Community Outreach Committee, a Vice-Chair of the Policy Committee. He also has served a Director of the Santa Clara Association of REALTORS (SCCAOR), and a Director of the California Association of REALTORS, (C.A.R.). He has served the City of San Jose, as a Planning Commissioner, a Vice-Chair and Chair, where he had the responsibility of making decisions/recommendations to the City Councils of zoning, land use, redevelopment plans for the future development of the City, according to its General Plan and Policy, as a General Plan task force member. He is currently a volunteer at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), helping High School, College Students, planning officials with modeling, urban planning process. He is also serving a volunteer at Project Sentinel as a mediator after completed his California Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA) training program. Nick is a graduate from Mountain View (Awalt) H.S. and San Jose State University Alumni. He is currently residing in San Jose with his family. He is also bilingual in English-Vietnamese.
