I am the CEO/owner of Vista Properties based in Santa Cruz, California and am also a licensed REALTOR®. Vista Properties does Real Estate Sales, Appraisals, and Property Management. I am proud to have recently received the prestigious California Association of REALTORS® RISING STAR 2019 award, highlighting my sales to date and her customer service skills. I have sold single family homes, single family homes on acreage, condos, duplexes, commercial, land/lots, and lots of manufactured homes. I can assist buyers of all types, first time home buyers are one of my specialties. I will assist you through the process from start to finish and will be there every step of the way. I work tirelessly to negotiate the right terms of a sale on behalf of my buyers and while I like to win, I understand at times we won’t win, and that the next thing could be the best thing. I have handled trust and estate sales. I have helped investors both buy and rent their investment properties. Sellers: I have helped Sellers project manage all repairs and needed fixes to homes prior to listing. I have my own staging equipment and stage homes as much as I can, free of charge to my clients. I go the extra mile with professional photography and professional marketing services to get you top dollar for you home. Prior to being a real estate agent I was a director of Digital Marketing, Sales and Business development in the Consumer Products industry. During this time, I bought and sold over 10 properties of my own, which inspired me to become a REALTOR. Customer service is the focal point of my practice and my job is to make this process as easy as possible for my buyers to get their dream home. On a personal note, I am mother of 2, wife to a tech executive, and dog lover. I enjoy music and the outdoors.
