Before entering real estate, Palmer worked in the nonprofit sector with the National Bone Marrow Registry, helping register donors and support life‑saving matches for patients battling cancer. A bone marrow donor and advocate herself, Palmer has always been driven by mission over money. Her perspective is deeply personal. Raised by a single mother on food assistance and experiencing foreclosure firsthand, Palmer understands what it feels like to be in a pressure‑filled situation without the right guidance. That experience shaped her belief that homeowners facing hardship deserve clarity, protection, and someone truly on their side. The Halo Effect was built on that conviction — that there should be integrity in this industry, especially when people are navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Palmer’s purpose is simple: to bring transparency, accountability, and trust back into the process, and to ensure homeowners are never taken advantage of when they need support the most.
