I am just beginning my 23rd year as a full time real estate professional. In real estate sales, I offer my experience and "out of the box" thinking to assist buyers, sellers and investors, in getting the most for their money, marketing and time. In our current market, a big opportunity exists for buyers, whether first time homebuyers or investors. I see opportunities and potential win-win deals all over. I lean on innovative ways to enable renters to become buyers by taking advantage of the latest and greatest loans available. Taking my clients to the next level of their real estate related goals is a task I do not take lightly. I teach real estate related workshops and seminars regularly in Santa Rosa, Marin, Oakland and Berkeley. I am an investor and have owned commercial property, vacant land as well as my personal residence. I also have out-of-state property. I reside in Santa Rosa with my dog, Beau, as my sons are grown and on their own. I grew up in Marin, bought my first property when I was 18...a 2+ acre ranch with a 100+ year old home for $49,500 in Penngrove so I am also familiar with country property. I hold a commercial pilot's certificate...I'm an avid balloonist and kayaker. I love what I do, and it is really great to get people off the ground, back on their feet, owning their own property. I was a single Mom with 3 boys and a lease option got me back owning real estate. Lease options are one of the great tools that I often use.
