About Patricia

Patricia Montgomery is an experienced real estate broker and native of San Diego, California. She graduated from Point Loma High School, and thereafter attended Mesa College to study Business Administration. Patricia married Clifford Montgomery in February 1977. This union produced three children, who are now successful adults, and two grandchildren. In 1985 she played a vital role in establishing Montgomery Grading with her husband. The company is now called Montgomery Construction Services, Inc. and Patricia is an officer/owner of the company. To prepare for the California State Real Estate Licensing Exam, Patricia completed required studies at Southwestern College and Allied School of Real Estate. She received her real estate certification in 1998 and has worked as a Realtor for 15 years. Patricia obtained her California Brokers Certification in December 2011. In 2004 Patricia received awards for most Broker Agent Sales for On-Site Transactions with the Ryness Company. She is now the owner of Montgomery Realty, a member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, San Diego Association of Realtors, and National Association of Real Estate Brokers were she serves on the Nominating Committee and Education Committee. She was also an active participate on the Committee to Elect Monica Montgomery for City Council. Patricia is interested in the overall outcome of the City of San Diego and committed to helping to keep the standards high. Her top priorities are family, faith and community, and she is honored to serve the City of San Diego in many different capacities.
