Paul is a seasoned and well respected Realtor with 25 years experience and over 500 closed transactions. He is a Broker Associate with Villa Real Estate based in Newport Beach, California and has consistently ranked as one of Southern California’s strongest producers. Paul prides himself on having extensive knowledge of the real estate market, innovative marketing and unmatched client dedication. Paul’s areas of expertise encompass all price ranges including multi million dollar luxury estates, entry level homes, condos, investment properties, land and leases. Paul was raised on the east coast in a beach community of New Jersey. He was recruited on a decathlete scholarship and remained a college athlete at West Virginia University. After graduating with a bachelors degree in public relations, Paul entered the advertising/fashion industry and traveled extensively world wide for two decades as a male model. Paul was under a six year contract with RJ Reynolds cigarettes as the Camel Man, which was one of the top male model contracts ever negotiated. During the years that Paul was based out of New York City and traveling internationally, he was exposed to various styles of architecture and gained a great appreciation of unique properties. He married into a family of real estate brokers and developers from California, became licensed in 1993 and began buying and selling properties for his own personal investments. His skilled eye for finding under valued properties quickly launched his career that brought hundreds of buyers and sellers together from all walks of life. In addition, he and his wife Beth, began building and flipping houses where he learned general construction knowledge. He and his wife of over 25 years raised their children in Corona Del Mar, which is his area of expertise. For years Paul has been selling two lifestyles that commonly crossover, the Southern California coastline of Orange County to the sunny Desert valley. They have had homes in the Village of Corona Del Mar and Irvine Terrace as well as desert properties in Indian Wells, LaQuinta and Rancho Mirage. He often refers his clients to his wife Beth who is an Interior Designer for any construction, remodeling, furniture or staging needs. Paul and his family live in the outstanding community of Irvine Terrace where he serves as a Board Member of the Home Owners Association. Paul spends his spare time with his family and their many activities as well as being an avid mountain biker, runner, boat and water sports enthusiast.
