About Paula
Paula Present is a native Angeleno, born and raised in Laurel Canyon, and she still lives in the Hollywood Hills today. She's done construction work in the hills herself, so she understands the grading, access, and permit realities that trip up agents who don't know the terrain. Paula focuses on Sherman Oaks, the Hollywood Hills, Laurel Canyon, and West Hollywood, and has sold homes throughout each of these neighborhoods. She works with first-time buyers, luxury clients, downsizers, upsizers, and relocating families, and treats every purchase or sale as the next chapter in a client's life. For buyers, that means making sure they know exactly what they're looking for and walking them through California's dense contracts step by step. For sellers, Paula recommends pricing thoughtfully under market value to draw more buyers and generate competing offers, a strategy that helped sell a recent Sherman Oaks listing in 14 days against a market averaging around 70. Clients describe Paula as detail oriented, personable, and quick to act. She's a Realtor with eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles.
