I have lived in Sonoma County for over 35 years and raised three active children in Sebastopol. I have been involved in Sonoma County 4-H as a bee keeping leader, coached soccer and girls basketball, and raised award-winning goats. I have been a strong advocate for children in need. During my term as President of the Board of True to Life Child and Family Services, I devoted many hours to its fund raising events and donated to the scholarship fund. I am past president of Poppy Creek, a child development center at Santa Rosa Junior College and I also served as Treasurer of Extended Child Care.I have been actively involved in the Sebastopol Business Outreach Committee and served as President of the Sebastopol Downtown Association. I have also been a strong supporter of the Sonoma West Medical Center.With 30 plus years in the real estate industry, I have gained valuable experience in how to buy and sell. My expertise and integrity have made me a consistent top producer year after year. As the manager of Creative Property Services in Sebastopol, I managed 40+ agents. As the current manager of Better Homes & Gardens Wine Country Group, I manage over 50 agents serving Sonoma County.As an active real estate agent, I sell residential and commercial properties. I have a long history in development of subdivisions and small mixed-use projects, in addition to residential properties and vacant land. The strategies for selling real estate have changed dramatically. My proactive approach goes above and beyond the ordinary to obtain results. Internet marketing, direct mail advertising, agent-to-agent marketing, MLS programs, and real estate magazines are just a few techniques I use to ensure the most exposure of your property.
