About Rebecca
Lytton Properties is the "baby" of Rebecca Smith. Growing up Real Estate was her family business - her Grandparents owned a Lytton Properties in Palo Alto, CA. Rebecca grew up in San Diego during the school year and spent summers working in her Grandparents' office. She even started answering phones there at the age of 8. At 15, she started driving her Grandmother and her clients around for home showings. Rebecca's Grandmother instilled a strong sense of ethics and an "old school" way of caring for your clients and building a business from referrals. After graduating from SDSU with a degree in Business in 1999, Rebecca realized that her true passion was Real Estate and obtained her Real Estate License with the goal of opening her own Lytton Properties in San Diego County. She has been working in Real Estate ever since.
