Second, I am an experienced agent with over 30 years of retail experience, 17 of which have been in Real Estate. I have worked for the big brokers in town and have been their number 1 agent. This has taught me a lot. I choose to do 10 to 15 transactions a year so that I can treat every transaction as though it were my own. I have dealt with, studied and am familiar with the ideologies of brokers and agents in town and know what to expect when dealing with them. This allows me to get my clients what they want.
