About Ron Galam Real Estate

Ron grew up with strong law and justice principles as his father was a police detective who later became a private investigator. As a teenager, he worked with his father and had a great passion for serving others in need and “making things right”. After graduating from high school, he joined the IDF and served for 3 years as Lieutenant in the special forces. Ron studied in London and completed his BA and MBA in business administration, following which he then came to Los Angeles where and worked for 2 years as a bodyguard for a film industry icon. During this time and due to the nature of his good relationship with that celebrity, he found himself heavily involved in designing and remodeling her home and was attracted to the construction world. Ron got his general contractor’s license and started his own construction company with 38 employees, specializing in custom homes and new construction. In 2000, at the age of 27, Ron bought his first house in Woodland Hills, CA. Over the years Ron had a strong network of investors, and together bought and flipped over 40 homes, using the services of different real estate agents. Some of the deals didn’t go as smooth as Ron had expected and he decided to obtain his own real estate license to have better control of his transactions. His biggest real estate transaction was in 2018, when he was asked to locate, negotiate and manage several new construction projects in South America. Ron Galam holds a black belt in full-contact karate and enjoys running, biking, soccer and keeping a healthy lifestyle. He Is Married with 2 boys named Ethan and Isaac. Ron Speaks English, Hebrew and Spanish.
