About Rosemarie
I received my real estate license in 1976, and later attained my Broker's licens in 1981. Since then I have continued to be involved in the listing and selling of real estate, both residential and commercial. Being involved in our local Associations of REALTORS(R), CAR and NAR, has been of great importance to me, as I believe involvement enhances our professionalism in the industry. When we know what laws are being promoted, from grass roots on up, we are better informed to assist our clients as they wend their way through the complex, and ever-changing purchase and sales process. I am proud to be an active member of the National Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, Pajaro Valley Association of REALTORS and Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORS. Only a licensee, who is an NAR member, can be called a REALTOR. As members, we are proud to follow the code of ethics and we are required to provide the highest fiduciary responsibility to our clients. It is my goal to provide personal service with professional expertise, in EVERY transaction. With experience and involvement in the industry, my goal is to make sure each client makes me their REALTOR for life!
