In 1974, Sally Bookman entered the field of real estate in California, and holds a Broker’s License from the Department of Real Estate. Like all licensed members of our team, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors. Sally completed the requirements of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and she is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Over the years, Sally has become one of the most successful real estate agents in Santa Cruz County, and was honored early in her career by the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors as a “Top Producer”. In 2011, she sold more residential properties than any other REALTOR® in the county. In order to offer a higher level of service to more clients, Sally formed a team, allowing each member to capitalize on their natural strengths.
