About Sam

Sam Brown has an innate way of making clients feel comfortable and helping bring their vision to life. As a Marin Country native, born and raised in San Rafael, Sam has the unique advantage of knowing the greater Bay Area better than most. A born communicator, he graduated from University of Oregon, with a degree in Psychology and Biology, before returning back to Marin to focus on his passion for real estate. Sam’s fascination in real estate started at a very young age —envisioning and explaining how new homes were going to look to his family, an activity they always encouraged as they took walks through their neighborhood. His first professional exposure to real estate came through working closely with family involved in the industry. With this exposure, Sam was naturally inclined to pursue a career as a realtor. Whether it be buying or selling a home, Sam understands that the transaction process can often be overwhelming with many moving parts. He understands that everyone has unique goals and expectations, and he works to fulfill those ideals, providing a flawless and rewarding transaction for his clients. Through tireless work, ample communication and building trust with his clients, he believes in working together as a cohesive team. Sam’s calming presence and ability to work out any situation that may arise helps keep his clients’ minds at ease. His track record of reliability has proved to be impactful, as his clients’ referrals are his main source of business. Keeping in line with his competitive nature and team-oriented attitude, in his free time, Sam acts as the head of Mission City Prep, a low cost alternative travel basketball program, as well as coaches for the San Rafael High School JV Basketball Team.
