Born and raised in Visalia, CA, on a small family farm, Samantha Cardoso brings deep agricultural roots, strong business expertise, and a passion for serving people to her real estate career. She earned her B.S. in Agribusiness with a concentration in Ag Finance and Farm Appraisal and her M.S. in Agriculture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. With more than 20 years of business experience, Samantha has built a career centered on sales, customer service, and community. After graduation, she moved back to the Central Valley and worked in the landscape and nursery industry as a bare root sales representative, then took over Farmer Laro’s Fruit Stand, a family-owned business serving the community since 1965. Her leadership and dedication to agriculture earned her recognition as a San Joaquin Valley Star in Agribusiness, a reflection of her commitment to excellence in her field. Samantha lives in Exeter, CA, with her husband, and their two children. She proudly serves as the swine leader for Exeter 4-H Club, where she mentors young adults and shares her love of the ag industry. When she’s not working with clients, Samantha enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and traveling with her family in their fifth wheel to explore new places. Real estate has long been an interest of Samantha’s, especially through her own experiences with investing. Transitioning from selling produce to selling homes was a natural fit, allowing her to combine her sales expertise with her desire to help people achieve their dreams.
