From starting as a runner to working in processing, junior underwriting, auditing and loan delivery, she also had the opportunity to work alongside top producing mortgage and real estate professionals with multi million dollar production. Throughout her mortgage career, Sheree had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers and borrowers purchase their homes and grow their real estate investment portfolios. That experience gave her a deep understanding of financing, contracts, underwriting, timelines and the many details that can impact a real estate transaction. After purchasing her own home, Sheree was reminded of just how much she loved real estate and the people behind every transaction. She knew she wanted to use her experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence and clarity. Licensed in real estate since 2018, Sheree proudly serves buyers, sellers, first time homebuyers and investors throughout the Central Valley.
