I currently live in the Citrus Heights/Fair Oaks area with my husband, four of our five children (our oldest is off to college), two crazy cats, and one wild dog. We love it and plan to stay for a very long time. The greater Sacramento area has so many outstanding places to call home. I adore helping clients find their perfect spot or evaluate the right time to sell. My family and I have moved many times. Our moves allow a unique insight into the stresses of buying/selling a home. I have gained tips and tricks to make selling less stressful and to help narrow a home search to the areas and homes that fit your needs and lifestyle. The buying/selling process will be stressful. Despite the stress, I make sure my clients have current market information, are prepared for all the steps of the buying/selling process, that I deal with issues, questions, and negotiations promptly, and make sure we have a little fun along the way.
