Stephanie moved to the Coachella Valley in 2012, and developed a deep appreciation for the unique qualities that each Desert community offers. It became her passion to help people find their perfect home in this special place as well as to sell homes for those who are looking to make a change. Actively involved in the California Desert Association of Realtors (C.D.A.R), Stephanie currently serves as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee. She previously served at Chair & Vice-Chair of the Grievance Committee, Vice-Chair of the C.D.A.R. Leadership Program, as well as a member on the Scholarship committee. In addition, she works with Coachella Valley high school and college students to help them build their creative and leadership skills. Stephanie knows that buying or selling a house is stressful, so she takes a personalized approach to each client’s needs. For sellers, she understands the importance of staging a home to display its attributes to the widest audience. For buyers, her insights into the current marketplace, coupled with her knowledge of her client’s needs, makes finding the right home efficient and enjoyable. Originally from New York's beautiful Hudson Valley region, Stephanie began her career as an actress on the NY Stage, studying under famed director Mike Nichols. She moved to LA to pursue her career and transitioned into producing film, TV and theater. She also worked in business and legal affairs at film companies such as Paramount Pictures and Interscope Communications as well as in prestigious national law firms such as Greenberg Traurig and Proskauer Rose. When she’s not helping people find their forever home—or the perfect investment—Stephanie uses her producing skills to create videos as a tool for sellers to showcase their homes. She also loves working in interior and landscaping design, all right here in the Coachella Valley.
