He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Rim Real Estate Services, where he oversees operations and strategic planning. Before joining Pacific Rim, Steve held senior leadership roles at Tyco International and Tokheim Corporation, directing major transformation projects that resulted in significant revenue growth and enhanced organizational efficiency. He is recognized for successfully developing and executing sales strategies that align with core business objectives, fostering new markets, and driving revenue growth. Steve has been practicing real estate for over 20 years focusing on residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management. Continuing to expand his industry knowledge and outreach, Steve serves as an active committee member of the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS®’ (SDAR’s) International Real Estate Committee, holding the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation since 2025. He also a member of the Board of Directors for SDAR’s Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD), and is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. In addition to his professional roles, Steve is a committed advocate for diabetes research, currently serving on the board of directors for Breakthrough Type 1 Diabetes (formerly JDRF). He enjoys spending time with his wife, Gaby and his son Lucas; traveling; exercising; and attending Lucas’ high school activities & competitive golf tournaments.
