About SUSANA

Susana started in the real estate industry in 2000 with an appraisal company (for seven years), where she appraised properties of all sizes, prices, and areas. Her expertise in this field brings great value to her clients as she brings her knowledge and experience of property values, telling her clients what they need to hear instead of what they want to hear. Her knowledge attracts clients to her, but her honesty, integrity, and hard working personality makes them stay. Susana hustles relentlessly in order to make sure her clients complete their sales quickly. Her experience expands with intimate knowledge of each community’s character, mood, and growth potential. Without hesitation she meets the unique challenges her clients may encounter in their real estate transaction. Susana is guided by the highest standards of achievement. She is determined to provide exemplary real estate sales and related services in the marketing of real estate, offering all the right elements required to not only meet, but to exceed clients expectation.
