Tawne was born and raised in Palm Springs, a rare desert native, bringing a lifetime of local market knowledge. Additionally, being the daughter of a successful home builder and predominant concrete contractor in the Coachella Valley gave her a wealth of experience in all aspects of the real estate market. Tawne received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. She started with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 1984 and in 1993 earned her Real Estate Broker’s license. By 2004, she opened Tawne Markley & Associates Real Estate and has now become the broker of record for Desert Premier Properties and has proven herself to be strong player in the Coachella Valley Real Estate market. Being a native of the Palm Springs, coupled with having over 25 years of business and real estate experience, gives Tawne a great advantage in finding the right product for her clients.
