Buying their first Desert home in 2004, Dale and Karen are now full-time residents in La Quinta. They both enjoy the thrill of helping people find their dream home; whether for full-time or part-time residency. Having been "desert snowbirds" for a number of years themselves, both Dale and Karen are well prepared to find the right home and the right community for desert bound seekers. Dale's background includes considerable experience in business ownership and development, owning his own business in northern Indiana. In addition to that, he has had extensive involvement in real estate in the areas of private acquisition, sales, leasing of homes, agricultural land and industrial/commercial properties. Her 20 years with Johnson & Johnson involved her in many different areas of the healthcare industry giving her background with a company with strong integrity. She has successfully helped many clients find the community and home that fit their needs here in the desert.Dale and Karen have extensive involvement with many civic organizations including youth clubs, Chamber of Commerce, hospital and retirement boards and college alumni boards.
