My journey began after a successful career in the entertainment industry, where I honed my skills in film and television production and later, investor relations. In 2004, I pivoted into the mortgage industry and earned the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation — a distinction held by fewer than 2% of mortgage professionals nationwide. This certification reflects my expertise in financial planning, equity management, and real estate investment strategies. In 2005, I founded the Salt Lake City Investor Group (SLCIG), a private real estate investment advisory focused on acquiring residential and multifamily properties throughout the Salt Lake City region. Building on that foundation, I founded Angel Island Enterprises, Inc. in 2019 — a full-service real estate advisory based in Larkspur, California.
