About Tracy

Tracy Nevill is a local Realtor with deep roots in West Sonoma County. She has proudly called this beautiful region home for 27 years and has lived in West Sonoma County since 1998. Tracy’s journey here has been shaped by a passion for community, education, and the enduring benefits of owning real estate. Before stepping into real estate, she spent 25 wonderful years as a teacher—an experience that taught her patience, communication, and the importance of truly listening to people’s needs. Five years ago, Tracy and her husband launched Jim Nevill Productions, which in a short time has become one of northern California's most trusted real estate marketing providers of premium photography and videography content. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and a master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University. Her academic background, combined with her professional and personal experience, gives her a unique, well-rounded approach to real estate. Tracy has always believed in the long-term financial wisdom of real estate investment—she owns a home and rental property—and loves helping others navigate their own journeys in buying or selling a home. Family is at the heart of everything Tracy does and she and her husband are proud parents to two amazing kids—one in college and one in high school in Sebastopol. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for more space, or ready to invest in property, Tracy would be honored to guide you every step of the way to find your dream home right here in Sonoma County.
