We initiate our extensive marketing plan and begin advertising the property. We advertise in all the usual internet and print locations, and also do "Gorilla Marketing" including leaving fliers at local businesses, sending out just listed postcards to your neighborhood, and provide listing details through all our various networking groups and social media avenues. We host all our own Open Houses, and provide all the relevant house and neighborhood information to prospective buyers. We discuss many of the various things that can occur throughout the sales process to set expectations. Once we receive an offer we guide you through escrow while providing information and advice. We work tirelessly until your home is closed and you are successfully moved on. As a buyer's agents we educate our clients on the details of each and every neighborhood and town, including the schools, parks, hiking trails, restaurants, commute, weather. demographics and vibe. We preview the new inventory every week and then report back what's worth seeing and what's not based on your interests. After you identify a property you are interested in we help understand all the pertinent information (reports, seller info, comps) and then advise you on an offer package. We truly enjoy negotiating towards a win-win solution and know that we are always advocating on your behalf. Once in escrow we guide you through all the various inspections, loan/appraisal, possible renegotiations and closing documentation. Our clients usually become our friends!
