About Vanessa

I began my Real Estate career my in San Luis Obispo 22 years ago when I first became licensed. By 2004, I had already obtained my California Broker’s license; and in 2018, I became a Licensed Appraiser as well. I attribute much of my success to hard work and always putting my clients first. The result is a Win-Win for everyone, and the outcome mirrors my philosophy of developing “Clients for Life”. I have repeatedly earned my outstanding reputation by treating my local and relocating clients with the utmost in care and respect, all the while working with confidence, energy and grace. I love the Central Coast of California and liken it to the South of France. I am very familiar with San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach and The Five Cities. I will always be happy to reveal my insider’s knowledge of what makes each area special. I am married to my childhood-sweetheart Marco and have 3 beautiful girls. I have also been a Rotarian, supported Teach School, and am a member of The Monday Club. When I am not working, you may find my teeing up on the golf links with my daughters, cycling to Avila Beach and Morro Bay or hiking the beautiful trails of San Luis Obispo.
