Before real estate, I spent over a decade running my own business, Michael Angelo Custom Painting, where I managed a team of up to 15 people — everything from scheduling and sales to HR. That experience taught me how to run a tight operation, solve problems on the fly, and treat every client relationship like it matters, because it does. Earlier in my career, I worked as a leasing agent for a large residential community, handling credit and background checks, lease terms, and deposits — hands-on experience with the paperwork and pressure points that make or break a transaction. Today I bring that same operator's mindset to real estate. Over the past several years I've worked hands-on across fix-and-flip, wholesale, and traditional agent transactions, giving me view of value, condition, and deal structure that most agents don't have.
