About Vicki

As a REALTOR® licensed in the State of California since 1990, I have enjoyed a busy career in real estate sales, marketing, and escrow here in Santa Cruz County. Our county is so unique, having lived her all my life certainly gives me an ideal perspective on the many nooks and crannies of this particular market. I truly value working with people who appreciate the diversity of this beautiful locale and are striving to realize their dream of owning property here. Whether it is a primary residence, second home or investment, knowing what the local market conditions are is key in representing buyers and sellers. I am diligent about researching past and current financial and sales market data to become an intelligent adviser for you. It is equally important as your Realtor to have an in depth knowledge of the area's inventory to know what is selling or not and why. My experience will help ease you through your real estate transaction and I am dedicated to giving my clients knowledgeable, individual, and professional attention.
