Victoria Wells began her real estate career in the early 80's in San Francisco, rehabbing properties, selling new construction in Pacific Heights and North Beach, and also renting and managing property. In late 90's she moved to Marin County. Victoria joined Bradley from previously working for Coldwell Banker in Greenbrae.Born and raised in the Ukraine, she came to the U.S. in 1975, and has lived in Berkeley, San Francisco, and Marin County for the past 35 years. Victoria obtained her Brokers License in 2004 and has an MBA in Sustainability from Dominican University of California. She is also e-Pro, SRES, and Eco-Broker Certified consultant. She belongs to MAR, CAR, NAR, e-Women Network Organization, Environmental Education Council of Marin, Sustainable Business Network, Eco-Broker Network, Active Rain Blogging Community and Green Chamber of Commerce. Victoria is also a board member for the USGBC Redwood Empire chapter covering Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties.Victoria is active in several charities and enjoys web design, painting, architecture and interior design. When it comes to Victoria's clients, she says, "I am a certified negotiator and my clients come first. I am detail oriented and work well under pressure.
