I come by this crazy double career naturally. As a child of both a Realtor (36 years and going) and a custom home builder, I spent my childhood at open houses and construction sites. I learned a very long time ago that there is no perfect home, there is only the perfect home for you. Design is my primary passion and informs and inspires many of my endeavors as a Real Estate professional. Good interior designers are great problem solvers, they can generally walk in a room and see the potential. For me, a room just expands in my head, walls disappear and appear based on what my client is telling me they need. The real estate part of my brain takes over when I can tell my client needs more than their home or resell market can bear. I deal with both buyers and sellers because as a designer my job is to find solutions to problems. For my sellers I am able to offer my services as a color specialist and interior designer to ready your home for a quick sale. For my buyers I offer my insight into the potential of homes in today’s volatile market and find that “hidden treasure” that other buyers may not be able to see while finding you your dream home within your budget. I provide my clients with the highest level of concierge service that is backed by years of education and experience making the process of buying/selling a home as stress free and easy as possible.
